What is a spark file?
A spark file is a place where you collect all your inspirations and fascinations - an image that moved you, an article that sparked an idea, a few lines of dialogue you overheard at a restaurant - you name it!
We believe in remaining curious, always on the lookout for these sparks of inspiration because these ideas are fuel and fodder for your future creative projects! They are valuable gems that are worth capturing.

What is creativity coaching?

A good creativity coach will assist you in clarifying your goals, outlining the roadmap to your goal destination, and provide you with accountability, support and guidance as you make the trip!
What is group creativity coaching?
In The Spark File creativity coaching programs, you are joined on your creative adventure by other like-minded makers, all focused on their projects in a variety of medium. Together you overcome resistance, provide accountability, inspire and motivate each other, and share kind, artist-centered feedback until you all arrive at your desired destinations, making the whole trip much more fun!
Your groups are curated. How do you select your group members?
Members of The Spark File coaching programs are vetted prior to enrollment. Susan and Laura believe in a mutual assessment process to be sure that programs and people are set up for success. Human beings in the program are kind, talented, emotionally/socially intelligent, generous and ready to do the work. All agree to show up and engage in accordance with the class guidelines.
